As many of you might have heard about the T-Mobile and BlackBerry Fallout Saga, it seems like John Legere is enjoying his time of fame. Is it just fame, or could there be more? Well, John Legere received from HTC America yesterday, a 24-carat gold HTC One, as well as a gold Samsung Galaxy S5 from Samsung USA.

Whilst John Legere has to make this tough choice of choosing the new HTC One and annoy Samsung or choose the new Samsung Galaxy S5 and annoy HTC, here’s what we shall look at. Could there be a conspiracy behind this mess?
