We know that RIM is revamping the Desktop Manager in conjunction with BlackBerry 10 and renaming it to BlackBerry Link. Now, the guys over at CrackBerry spotted some more signs and images from the latest Dev Alpha update that tries to install when you plug it into the computer. There was also a file which holds some interesting information which apparently, they had to use Google Translate to figure it out.
BlackBerry Link 1.0 supports new mobile-enabled BlackBerry PlayBook tablet. With the BlackBerry Link 1.0, you can create a backup file that was created while using theBlackBerry Desktop Software for Windows, restore your BlackBerry smartphone or tablet. When syncing contacts the BlackBerry Desktop Software also maps groups from your Apple Address Book to a category with the same name in the Contacts application on your smartphone.
