Just a week back, Mobihand closed their main stores to the consumers. Now, they have been spotted with a record of filing by Mobihand for Chapter 7 bankruptcy in California. The filing lists over 230 creditors that Mobihand owes money to. I am not a bankruptcy attorney but Chapter 7 of the bankruptcy code essentially leads into liquidation and the sale of the remaining assets to pay creditors. That means that Mobihand LLC will most likely no longer exist. However, for everyone, this is definitely not a winning situation for any party. I really hope that someone actually buys over them and resume this service. They have been providing to so many of us such unique services.
