Heads up for another random new BlackBerry 10 app, today I review GeoAlarm, the alarm that wakes you up when you’ve reached your destination.
GeoAlarm works based on your GPS and buzzes once you’ve reached the preset alarm area
All you need to do is tap-hold on one location until a pin pops out to mark your destination.
You can also set the detection radius that the alarm will buzz. My recommendation is to set a larger area of detection as setting it to small may result in you missing the detection.
Once you’re there, you’ll feel a quick buzz and up you go!
Its a pretty simple but useful app. One thing I’d like to see in the app is the ability to customise the alarm as for now it’s just a short buzz.
PS: Its probably not a good idea to use this app if your destination is say, city hall mrt, I doubt the GPS signal would be accurate if any.
