The team over at Max Secure Software just let us know that they have released a new application – Private Messages For BBM. Even though we know BBM itself is more secure than the competition, it never beats being safe than sorry! All the messages sent through BBM and are encrypted by AES-128, but the catch is, both parties must have the application installed on their devices.
The private messages self-destruct from device for additional security so that no one can access this message without your password. You can only view this secured message from this app by logging in with your password. It protects your BBM™ communications from intrusions and unauthorized access. Whilst the app is available on BlackBerry 10 now, there will also be an app for Android devices, to be available next month.
