Now, 13 days left to the official launch and we now have what seems the very first review of the BlackBerry Z10. Looking pretty good, as you can see from the picture taken with the z10 camera above, taken from flickr. Genuine or not, I guess we will only know in 2 weeks time.
The original review, written in German, can be seen to be done in a European country from all the media shots by the device for the review. Powered by a Pre-Production Model and a beta software, how will this fare? Beneath the battery door, we can find the MicroSD, MicroSIM slot which is exactly what have been confirmed before.
The camera equipped is 8 Mega-pixels, with a resolution of 3264 x 1836 (16:9) / 3264 x 2448 (4:3) whilst the front is armed with a 1.9 Mega-pixel camera, together with a resolution of 1600 x 1200 and 1600 x 900 respectively.
According to the reviewer, it takes pictures which heavily rivals the Nokia Lumia 920 and Apple iPhone 5. He has kindly shot a video with the device for us to show its performance in low-light conditions.
In addition here’s some image comparison with the iPhone 5.
In the camera settings, We kind find the following modes:
- Automatic
- Action
- Whiteboard
- Night
- Beach
- Snow
A lot of the current user interface is similar to that of the BlackBerry Dev Alpha’s and of course, including the Hub, which comes with the ability to customize what goes into the main screen.
Finally, ending with a video with a run through of the main features and voice control for the device.
