BlackBerry has started to officially roll out the September update for the BlackBerry Priv and BlackBerry DTEK50. As with most usual updates, this update is a set a security patches, however, without any extra features or functionality added. We have the change log for you below here!

This month, there’s 34 security patches, mostly to prevent an unauthorized elevation of Privilege in the various processes. In addition, the other two types are for Information Disclosure and Denial of Service vulnerabilities.

Nonetheless, before you do your backup, do make sure that you have had your data backed up and have your device properly charged up (and near a power source) to be safe!
