BlackBerry announced that they were opening up the Beta for BlackBerry Priv Marshmallow update (beta) last week and opened the doors for registration. Now, they have confirmed in the Beta Zone that the beta OS will start rolling out to the first wave of registered testers later today (or tomorrow morning in our time) if you have registered successfully for the first wave. In addition, the OTA update requires you to have other functions turned on. To ensure you are in first wave, you need to have bought the device either via Amazon or shopBlackBerry and have registered for the Beta earlier last week. In addition, you must have enabled diagnostic reporting on your Priv as well.
Whilst some of you will be receiving it, not all will get it, however, qualified users will be getting it by week’s end.
