Well, apart from the BlackBerry Leather Flip Case, BlackBerry will also be releasing another popular accessory for the BlackBerry Passport. In this case, it is the BlackBerry Passport Hardshell case. This line of accessory (hardshell) has been available for pretty much all the BlackBerry 10 devices already, so it is no wonder, that it is available for the BlackBerry Passport!

The BlackBerry Passport hardshell case is just like the standard hardshell cases that you might have been familiar with, in the earlier BlackBerry 10 series. With a rubberized back that is of the same material, touch from the BlackBerry Z10 (black) battery door, it is a good accessory to have. However, as you can see, the case “latches” onto the four corners of the device, and leaves the 4 sides exposed.

Nonetheless, it will help to protect the device against minor dings and dents, but I do not forsee that the accessory will be able to protect much in an event that you drop it though (please try not to drop!).
