Bought an application or game from the BlackBerry AppWorld but it turned out to be horrible? Well, many of us must have experienced this before but getting a solution or a refund to this was pretty much an issue. Now, here’s the answer to your problem!

There is actually a very easy form to request a refund for purchases that is made through PayPal or via Credit Card. Fortunately, Singapore does not have Carrier billing yet because, to get a refund, its actually more complicated as you have to call your carrier to refund Carrier Billing purchases.
