Reminder: BlackBerry Service Centres Now Moved To BlackBerry Expert Centre!

As we move on to close the chapter for the year 2012, RIM also proceeds to consolidate the service centres to just one place, so that its much easier to seek support for our devices. Known as the BlackBerry Expert Centre, it is located strategically at The Cathay on Handy Road, and it is exclusively dedicated to providing after sales service to BlackBerry customers. This means that all of our BlackBerry woes are now ALL brought the The Cathay, instead of the current 3 locations, mainly, Funan (Brightpoint) Leng Kee Road (Qool @ Redhill) and Keppel (Brightstar). This would of course include all 3 telcos (M1, StarHub and Singtel) as well. So, remember, your devices should now be brought over to the expert centre instead of the 3 various service centres shown on your warranty cards! Have a happy new year!

Update (2017) : BlackBerry Service Centre have moved.
